Saturday September 28, 2013 10am Learn to use the season’s bounty to create safe and delicious jellies, jams, and other canned goodies. This workshop will be hosted by Rachel Best – Executive Chef of Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant. Chef Rachel will demonstrate and lead a hands-on experience of the classic methods of home canning. Each participant will have an opportunity to leave with a couple jars of their own products. Class is limited to 8-10 participants. $40 per person, includes all supplies.
