This spring-picked white tea consists of buds and leaf, and is allowed to wither naturally in the sun resulting in a hint of oxidation. This imparts delightfully complex flavors of floral fruit blossoms with a sweet and well-rounded finish. The leaf shows some silver tip but is predominantly greenish-brown in color and very flat.
