This unique tea comes from the Fresh Flower Hummock Town in JinZhai County, Liu An City in Anhui province, and is one of the famous Top 10 China Teas. When processed, the leaves are separated from all stalks and buds, so the tea is made up entirely of leaves. This gives the tea a very mellow flavor with no bitterness on the finish. Made from the same plants as the Melon Seed, this tea is rolled completely by hand.
