How to Brew this Tea: Use one "pod" for about 12 oz water * Gently break the nest with your fingers, and place in a large teapot. Alternately, if you'd like to use only a part of it, carefully wrap the remainer of the tea back in the light paper. Pour boiling water over the leaves, and pour off the water after about 5-10 seconds, effectively rinsing the leaves of any remaining dust that may have gathered in the aging process.
