These little puerh cakes are formed into a small bowl, reminscent of a hummingbird nest. Quality Tuo Cha starts with quality tea, and is then allowed to age to bring out the mellow complexity of the tea. Each nest brews about 4 - 6 cups of tea that can be infused multiple times into a smooth, earthy infusion with rich notes of soil and wood.
Tuo Cha is one of the more familiar styles of Puerh on the market today, so care must be taken to purchase a quality selection.
How to Brew this Tea:

Pour boiling water over the leaves, and pour off the water after about 5-10 seconds, effectively rinsing the leaves of any remaining dust that may have gathered in the aging process.
Water Temperature - 212ยบ *
Time of Steeping - 5-10 minutes *
This tea can be infuse at least 5 times, and perhaps more, according to your taste.
