One of the earliest known teas grown in the hills just west of Hangzhou, this hand-picked and processed green is fired in a large wok creating the famous flat, shiny green leaves. It has a clear yellow liquor with a slightly sweet, nutty aftertaste. Use spring water at a temperature well below boiling for best results. Our dragonwell is Grade #1, with uniform leaves and a full bodied taste. There may be less expensive Dragonwell's out there, but none that will match this quality!
