How to Brew this Tea:
Amount of Tea per 6 oz water – 1 heaping teaspoon ***
Water Temperature - 212º ***
Time of Steeping - 5-8 minutes ***
Notes:
The medicinal properties of the herbs become more concentrated the longer you steep the tea, and the rosehips, dandelion root, and elderberries need a little longer to infuse properly. Add a little honey if you'd like this tea to have a sweeter flavor.
